Brandon Baker

Brandon Baker has lived in Wichita almost his entire life and has grown to love the lifestyle that we enjoy here. In 2003, Brandon Joined the Real Estate industry with Ritchie Development Company. His time spent helping residential clients build their dream homes in Wilson Estates, Rocky Creek, and Reeds Cove paved the way for a life-long career. After serving with the Ritchie Development Company, Brandon was offered an unbeatable opportunity to mentor under one of Wichita’s most successful real estate agents, Cindy Carnahan. Since 2005, Brandon has enjoyed the opportunity to serve with The Carnahan Group as they’ve grown into Wichita’s leading real estate team. DeeAnna Carlson

Dee1-small.jpg DeeAnna Carlson knew she was destined to work in Real Estate as she grew up with it her entire life...Her father, James Hardman, Jr. owned Hardman Real Estate and Development, Inc. in Parsons, Kansas.  She worked there throughout high school and while attending Labette Community College for two years.

DeeAnna moved to Wichita where she graduated from Wichita State University in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing and Management. After graduation, she joined J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. as the Advertising Coordinator where she worked for five years before finding her place with The Carnahan Group in 2006.

DeeAnna joined The Carnahan Group as their Marketing and Listing Director, and a short time later went on to get her Real Estate license.  Even though she enjoys showing and selling homes her true passion is the marketing/advertising of each listing and working closely with each seller to get their home sold quickly at the highest price possible.  DeeAnna is a licensed REALTOR and would be happy to help you with all your real estate needs including finding that home of your dreams.

DeeAnna is married to Tyson Carlson of Arkansas City, Kansas, who works for a local bank. DeeAnna and Tyson have two sons, Braedyn and Carter, and a cocker spaniel named Freckles.

Katie Brown

Katie1-small.jpgKatie was born and raised in Wichita. Katie and her family have been in Wichita, supporting and helping it grow for five generations. Katie graduated from Sedgwick High School as an honor roll student and Presidentia
l Scholar. Her parents, Scott and Sarah, own and operate Beck’s Farm Peach Orchard just north of Wichita.

Katie graduated from Wichita State University earning a degree in Entrepreneurship with an emphasis in R eal Estate and a minor in Management. She is a Barton Scholarship recipient and a Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) alumna. She is also very active within the community. Katie volunteers for the American Heart association as a member of their Passion Committee and has been involved with Young Professionals of Wichita,  the Kansas Humane Society, and The League of Women Voters. In 2012, Katie was an American Heart Association “Go Red for Women Better U Challenger.”

Katie joined the Carnahan Group as an intern in 2006. After 2 years of hands on learning, she was invited to join as a full time sales associate. Katie is able and ready to assist you and be your advocate throughout the home buying or selling process. Katie prides herself on upholding the highest standard of service. She is a high-energy professional, who is focused on delivering quality of service, integrity and trust. She believes that communication, accessibility and integrity are essential.

In 2012, Katie became a broker associate and earned the e-Pro designation. Katie shows and sells homes and acreage throughout Wichita and the surrounding cities. She is available 7 days a week to assist you with any real estate needs. Katie resides in Sedgwick with her husband Cody and children, Ella and Logan. Katie enjoys gardening, home remodeling, scrap-booking, Music Theatre of Wichita, laughing, and spending time outdoors with her yellow Labrador Retriever.

Clarke Carnahan
 Clarke1-small.jpgClarke grew up right here in Wichita; he attended the Wichita Collegiate School from pre-school all the way through high school. After graduating from Collegiate Clarke attended the University of Kansas where he joined the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and majored in History. After graduating from KU Clarke worked briefly in Dallas, Texas before deciding that it was time to come home. Since November 2009 Clarke has been back in Wichita selling real estate like his mother and grandfather before him.

Clarke enjoys all sports, but his passion is golf. In his time at Collegiate he played on two state championship teams, and since then he has developed a true love for the game. His other passions include Skiing, hunting, and fishing, as well as anything outdoors. Last but certainly not least Clarke loves to root for his Jayhawks and Shockers on the hardwood! He’ll always throw some love to the Wildcats on the gridiron, as Kansas is forever home!

Clarke is active in the community as well. He donates to many charities. Clarke is on the board of directors for Children's Mercy Wichita. Clarke has been a part of the Wichita community his entire life, and growing up here has afforded Clarke the opportunity to understand the lifestyle that Wichita has to offer and how that lifestyle can exceed your expectations. Selling real estate has always been a part of Clarke’s life, and now he is becoming a part of others’ lives by helping them realize their dreams of home ownership.

Kathy Rosell
Kathy1-small.jpg Kathy Rosell grew up in Topeka Kansas and graduated from The University of Kansas with a degree in Elementary Education.  She moved to Wichita in 1992 with her three sons, Evan, Scott and Alex Kathy retired from teaching at Wichita Collegiate School after 15 great years.  Kathy taught first grade and elementary science before getting her Real Estate Sales license and joining The Carnahan Group.  Kathy has grown up with real estate, as her family has owned a Real Estate business for many years.   She is  ready to assist you with your housing needs.  If you have concerns about schools or simply want to be connected to the community…Kathy Rosell can hook you up.  In the office we tease her constantly about knowing absolutely everyone in Wichita!  Kathy is a great ambassador for Wichita, with a tremendous wealth of knowledge about educational opportunities in public and private education.  If you are new to Wichita, let Kathy help you filter all of the options with regard to education. Theo Hanson
Theo1.jpgTheo has loved Wichita since moving here in 1983. She has a uniquely diverse background in many facets of real estate. Beginning as a loan officer, she developed a desire to enter real estate sales. She was first licensed in Oklahoma and,  within two years, earned her Brokers License and owned and managed her own real estate company where she specialized in Residential and extensive Farm and Land properties. During ownership of that company she became a Certified Real Estate Instructor, teaching for College Credit at Northern Oklahoma College. 

Theo moved to Wichita as managing broker for a major residential resale and new home construction brokerage. She has since developed other major residential developments in Wichita, all the while maintaining her considerable activity in resale. She has completed studies Real Estate Appraisal at Wichita State University in an effort to better inform and represent clients.  Theo is the original owner and manager of the Wichita Prudential franchise and sold that company in 2000 to join the J.P. Weigand organization.  Theo joined The Carnahan Group in April 2014 and brings her monumental experience and real estate knowledge to the group.

Consistently a member of Wichita Area Association of REALTORS® Presidents Club, Masters Circle and J. P. Weigand’s  Top Producers, Theo holds numerous designations including Certified Residential Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute. She particularly excels  in working with Relocation Clients and has over 30 years of experience in this area.

Morgan Overman
Morgan1.jpgMorgan Overman is a Wichita native and feels lucky to call Wichita her home.  Morgan attended Wichita Collegiate School and remains active there as an alumni and parent. Collegiate is close to her heart, as it is where she met Logan Overman when she was 11 years old.  Logan is her husband and an attorney for Flint Hills Resources, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc.  Morgan and Logan both graduated from the University of Kansas with degrees in Business; Morgan specialized her degree with an emphasis in International Business and French.  They have two beautiful, funny and inspiring children; Langley and Torsten.  Morgan enjoys spending her spare time coaching Langley’s basketball team and cheering Torsten’s tball games from the sidelines.  Having lived in various cities across the United States, Morgan is happy to be back home raising her family in this special city.  Morgan and Logan are active in many nonprofit organizations that support the community of Wichita, including the Wichita Center for the Arts, the Orpheum Theatre, Wichita’s Botanica Gardens, Victory in the Valley, and Youth Entrepreneurs. Cindy was educated in the Wichita Public Schools, attended Wichita State University and obtained a degree in Elementary Education from Wichita State University. She was A Tri-Delta at WSU and went on to teach in the Wichita Public Schools briefly before going to work with her mother and father in a family owned Real Estate Company, The Ed Clarke Company Realtors. For 14 years Cindy followed her father to open houses and to closings learning the best of business. At 72, Ed Clarke retired and Cindy decided to broaden her experiences by going to work for her biggest competitor and the largest Real Estate company in Wichita…J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. Cindy has studied her competitors in order to hone her skills in negotiating and thus represent her clients by having an edge, an understanding of the marketplace, and the styles of negotiating represented in the industry. As the number one Realtor in Wichita for the past several years, Cindy is your best advantage in the purchase or sale of a home in Wichita.

Who is Cindy?
Her grandfather owned Bennett Music, a full service music store and her father was in charge of contract termination for Olive Ann Beech after the war. He was the managing broker of Wheeler, Kelly Hagny Residential Real Estate Division . Ed Clarke was instrumental in the development of The Village, Rockwood,& Woodlawn Village. Cindy and her father went to open houses together each Sunday as she was growing up. Her Father called it…”Visiting” he taught her the values of caring deeply for her clients, and the wisdom to lead them with understanding.

Cindy’s mother, Corinne had a degree in History from Wichita University, was a life Master at Bridge, a darn good golfer, and Kansas State Tennis champion…but mostly a devoted wife and mother. Cindy has two brothers, Rick, a retired general surgeon in Denver, Colorado and Bruce, a retired Army Colonel. Bruce is a graduate of West Point and retired as the Army expert on conflict resolution, and The Eisenhower chair of the National Security Studies at the Army War College in Carlysle Pennsylvania.

Cindy married her husband John in 1979 and says he was “the hardest deal she has ever closed.” John is a general Dentist and also grew up in Wichita. John attended Kemper Military Academy, Kansas University, and the University of Missouri Dental School at Kansas City. John entered the Army Dental Corps after Dental School and spent two years in Alaska. He is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a retired Colonel in the Air National Guard.

Cindy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries,  She has served as a Trustee for the Leukemia Society of America, Music Theatre of Wichita.  Cindy is a Sustaining member of Via Christi Wichita Board of Directors and the Junior League of Wichita as well as an active member and past regent of Wichita Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She has been the moderator for University Congregational Church. Cindy is an avid gardener and a member of Junior League Garden Club.

For 6 years, Cindy attended The Strategic Coach program, a group of entrepreneurs providing process and direction for future business models located  in Toronto, Canada. In 2010 Cindy was awarded the Sustainer of Year award for the Junior League of Wichita for outstanding volunteerism. She has also served as a sustaining advisor to the Junior League Holiday Galleria committee and the Junior League cookbook "Pinches & Dashes" marketing committee to benefit child abuse awareness, a fundraising effort to raise money and awareness for children's literacy. Cindy is also passionate about the Wichita State University - Students in Free Enterprise, acompetitive team of collegiate entrepreneurs who help children learn the fundamentals of managing money andentrepreneurship. 

Cindy started a group called Spirit, a musical ensemble that started by singing in her clients homes at Christmas. Spirit sang at the White House and has recorded 9 CD’s that have been sold to benefit children’s charities…”Children after all stand closest to the true meaning of Christmas.” Spirit has raised over $250,000 for kids.  Spirit retired in 2004 after 17 years of spreading Christmas cheer.
