I just had to pass this along because I can hardly believe it.
What would you say if I told you that you could eat a whole pint of ice cream
for 150 calories? What if it also had 14 grams of whey protein,8 grams of
fiber and is great if you are lactose intolerant, FAT FREE, low sugar And
gluten free!!!
I found it yesterday and it is true! Run, do not walk to your
local Whole Foods and buy every single pint they have of Artic Zero Frozen
Desserts.(4.99 each)
I won't lie and say it is exactly like real ice cream, but it is
darn close and it fills the sweet tooth. I highly recommend the Chocolate
Peanut Butter. I "doctored" it up a bit by adding a tsp of PB2 (also
a miracle replacement for peanut butter-- check amazon.com)
and a little light Hershey's syrup.
Well, I could have started crying. I didn't even eat the
whole container, only had half. You can scoop it out and put it in a cone too.
Here's a tip-- let it thaw a little it is hard as a rock.
Its a miracle, boys and girls, it truly is.
